Privacy Notice

This notice describes how information submitted through the Global Advisory assessment is handled.

Information collected

The assessment requests contact details, geographic context, objectives, timing, budget preference, a short description and consent. It does not request identity documents, bank statements, payment information or proof of funds.

How information is used

M.G.S Azul uses submitted information to review the inquiry, determine an appropriate route and contact the person who submitted it. Where a referral source is present, that source may be retained for attribution review.

Service boundaries

Where regulated or specialist work is required, M.G.S Azul may coordinate an introduction to an appropriately qualified independent professional. Information is not sent to an independent professional through this public assessment without a later, appropriate coordination step.

Contact and retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, operational, or dispute-resolution requirements.
